New Member Webinars 2017

Depending on the number of new members in any given month, NPIRS conducts a free monthly NPIRS/NSPIRS webinar for New Members. This is a single session lasting aproximately 1.5 - 2 hours with an overview of PDMS and Federal and State Product databases. Search and output options are demonstrated and simple searches are conducted. Database interactions may be shown. This session is intended for new members or existing members who have not had the oppotunity to attend NPIRS training or participate in a Webinar Series.

If multiple dates are shown for New Member Webinars, register for one ONLY.

Webinar Series 2017

Throughout the year, NPIRS offers a free Webinar Series. This multi-session webinar consists of 5 - 6 classes. With few exceptions, classes are conducted twice weekly. Class duration is approximately 1.5 - 2 hours. Classes cover, in detail, the chapters in the current NPIRS training manual including exercises. Search, output and interaction options are covered; simple and complex searches are demonstrated; class participation is encouraged. The webinar series is designed for those wishing to conduct complex searches. The series is intended for new members or existing members who have not had the opportunity to attend NPIRS training, participate a previous Webinar Series, or are in need of a 'refresher'.
